Our drinks are nothing without it!

The soft, pure water we use complements the Camellia sinensis plant perfectly, creating a natural balance between clarity and flavour.

1180 takes its name from the year our unique Welsh water source was first discovered. Naturally low in minerals and sodium, it has a lightness that lets flavour shine through.

This same water was first used to create a tea dish at the renowned El Bulli restaurant in Spain, where it was described as “particularly sweet and light.” The recipe appears in Fragile Feast by Hannah Collins — a testament to the clarity and character of 1180 water.

Sparkling Green

Harvested in early spring from Japans Shizuoka Prefecture, our sencha green tea is gently steamed to capture its delicate natural flavour. Loved across Japan for its balance and purity, this is green tea at its best.

Lightly sparkling and perfectly refreshing, it is clean, crisp and subtly sweet with soft notes of freshly steamed edamame. A simple pleasure made to be savoured anytime, anywhere.

Sparkling OOLONG

Our sparkling Oolong is crafted from a modern Taiwanese cultivar, celebrated for its naturally creamy and buttery character. Lightly roasted and carefully rolled, the leaves create a soft, balanced infusion that is both delicate and distinctive.

Gently sparkling with a smooth, sweet texture and floral aroma, it is refreshingly elegant, offering a little moment of calm in every sip.

Sparkling Jasmine

Our Jasmine tea is crafted from hand rolled pearls grown in Fuding, Fujian, a region known for its beautifully fragrant teas. During a slow and careful brewing process, the leaves release their natural perfume, creating a light floral infusion that feels effortlessly refined.

Delicately sparkling with a gentle sweetness and soft, airy texture, it’s a graceful balance of aroma and flavour. Made from tender young leaves and a single unopened bud, this is Jasmine tea at its most pure and poetic.

Sparkling black

Our black tea comes from Yunnan, China, a rare hand rolled variety known for its smooth, rich and chocolatey character. Made from the finest leaves and buds, each one is expertly rolled into large pearl like shapes, capturing depth and delicacy in every sip.

Gently sparkling with soft cocoa notes and a natural sweetness, it is elegant, earthy and quietly indulgent. A refined take on a classic, crafted to be savoured.

At it's core, 1180 is a sparkling tea created to celebrate the many flavours found in the Camellia sinensis leaf, brought to life through our unique Welsh spring water.

We use only two ingredients: carefully selected teas and our naturally soft, light water. Nothing more. No sugar and no flavourings. The tea and the water speak for themselves.

Each 330 ml can is gently carbonated for a refreshing experience wherever you are. Enjoy it on its own or pair it with food as a thoughtful alternative to alcohol.
