    With a background in sustainable development, I’ve spent my career helping organisations make real environmental impact. Now, at 1180, I’m bringing that focus to a business built to care for both people and the planet.

    I’ve spent much of my career helping major retailers shape their sustainability strategies, but I wanted to do something on my own. With 1180, my focus is simple: create drinks that taste great, are good for you, and are not a burden on the planet.

Our backstory

Growing up in Wales, surrounded by nature, we quickly learned that quality does not require complexity.

Since living and working in London, while exciting, life can often feel overstimulated, over-processed and over-engineered.

We wanted to create a drink that brings a moment of calm, a step back from the rush of everyday life, and a return to simplicity. A drink with no preservatives, artificial additives or sweeteners, where flavour comes from fresh, carefully selected ingredients.

Our goal is to make a soft drink that is healthy, sustainable and crafted with the drinker in mind.

Tea felt like the perfect way to bring this vision to life, pairing great taste with thoughtful ingredients and production.
